We Are Open Sundays

Your trustees have been monitoring the COVID-19 numbers for Volusia and Flagler counties. We know that many people are now fully vaccinated. We have decided to hold limited in-person services for 2 consecutive Sundays starting April 11. This will be a trial to see if our protocols work and we can safely bring people in for services. After the two-Sunday trial, we will meet and decide about going forward.

As with all good things, there are strings attached. Masks, social distancing, and other protocols will be strictly enforced.

There will not be prayer chaplains, youth education, or a choir for these first two weeks. This will be considered when the board evaluates how the changing situation is evolving. Youth can come with adults and sit with them in the sanctuary, if desired. There will be no fellowship before, during, or after.

We do all of this for our minister, our staff, and our community. The dates are Sundays April 11 and 18 at 11 a.m.

The services will be live streamed as always through Facebook for our family members that make the decision to stay home. We know that all of us are vulnerable, some more than others. We respect everyone’s decision to do what is best for yourself and your loved ones.
We will share all the details through Facebook and Plugged In in the coming weeks.

Your trustees continue to be grateful for your loving and prayerful support.

Make it a great week! Thank you.
