MINISTER’S BLOG —
“Love cannot remain by itself — it has no meaning. Love has to be put into action and that action is service.” — Mother Teresa
Every one of us has an innate desire to contribute to life in meaningful ways, to make life better for others and to make a difference in the world. Our soul hungers to do God’s work, to serve, give, help, support and be part of something larger than our self. The soul is fed and satisfied when we put love into action through service.
It is love that motivates all of our wonderful Unity of Daytona Beach volunteers to serve.
This month we are celebrating and thanking all of our volunteers. They are the great hearts that consistently and joyfully put their love into action through service to our community. Some work many hours every week. Others can give only a few hours once in a while. Each one is loved, appreciated and vital to the overall function of our church.
Thank you, volunteers! You are the heart and soul of all we do at Unity of Daytona Beach.
